Refund Policy

We strive to ensure our customer’s satisfaction, if you are not completely pleased with the things you received, let us know. We have a 15-day return and refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. Do remember, the products which are used and opened are not returned or refunded at any cost. Please review our return & refund policy below;

Return & Refund Policy:
GloShe will surely return or refund any product if it is found to be damaged, under the following conditions;
• Product must be in the original condition.
• Product must be unopened and unused.
• Product must be sent back within 15 days.
• The proof of purchase and its receipt is also needed to claim the refund amount.

How do I return the product?
Here are some of the ways by which you can return damaged or faulty products;
• Take clear images of products that are found damaged.
• Email [email protected] to request a return with complete details.
• Dispatch or send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging at our given address.

How do I get refunded?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded after selecting the refund method with you.

Exchange Policy:
GloShe will surely exchange any product if it is found to be wrongly delivered instead of the actual order, under the following conditions;
• Product must be in the original condition.
• Product must be unopened and unused.
• Product must be sent back within 15 days.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

How do I exchange products?
Here are some of the ways by which you can exchange products;

• State the complete details of the products you ordered and also give your order number.
• Give the details of order you have received.
• Dispatch or send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging at our given address.

Non-Returnable Products:
Remember the products which are used and opened are not returned or refunded at any cost. GloShe will not accept returned products, such as;
• If the shipping box is open or damaged by the customer’s side.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

Order Cancellation:
If you want to cancel your placed order, let us know within 24 hours. Cancellation of orders depends on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
